From The Young Agency to Empire...

When our Property Management Team took on their first contract in 2012, no one could have predicted what the future held. Starting out as a sub-division of The Young Agency Real Estate Services, the Team quickly realized the high demand and necessity for a great, full-service property management company.

 

Since 2012, the division has grown exponentially; consistently and impressively increasing our Property Management Portfolio. In early 2022, The Young Agency legally separated the Property Management Division from their Real Estate Services, thus creating Empire Property Management.

While it may seem like we are a brand new company, we are still the same experienced team you have come to know and trust as The Young Agency, and we still uphold ourselves to the high values and standards set forth by our parent company.
